Cold Cast Materials

You can achieve the look and feel of metal, wood, or stone when mixed with AquaClear or KastEZ or other polyurethane resins. Choose from bronze, brass, pewter, marble, limestone, porcelain, or wood powder to create a unique cast finish that will make your artwork stand out.

Resin Casting Materials

Choose from our line of low-odor polyurethane casting resins. We offer AquaClear (a water-clear resin), KastEZ, and Por-A-Cast resins (an ivory-white opaque resin) that reach saturation in about 10 minutes. All of our resins mix conveniently in a one-to-one ratio, so you don't need to weigh them out with a scale, just match the levels in two containers and mix. It's that easy. These resins are also ideal binders for mixing with our Earth Block Casting Powders.

Silicone Casting Materials

If you're looking for a realistic rubber skin casting material for animatronic or "reborn" doll reproduction, nothing beats our translucent silicone SkinRite 10. You can easily color or paint it with our range of Cirius silicone paints/dyes. SkinRite10 has a ten to one mix ratio, so you'll need a gram scale to determine the exact measurements before mixing the base with the catalyst. You'll also find casting fibers and fillers here to strengthen your castings or extend your castings for a more cost-effective finished artwork.

One of our new casting materials is Clear Ballistic Gel. It's used in ballistics testing, where it's melted by heating and then poured into a mold to be cast into a mould. But it can also be used to cast other objects. The advantage of these thermosetting compounds is that they can be used over and over again by simply remelting them.

Mounting Casting Materials

We haven't forgotten about display either, as we offer a variety of mounting options for your artwork, including marble and wooden mounts and engraved nameplates to add the perfect gallery touch to your finished casting.
