When starting the machine every day, the appearance and cleanliness of each part of the machine should be checked before starting the machine.
According to the requirements of the lubrication diagram, lubricate each lubrication point regularly, especially the lubrication of the clamping mechanism and guide rails. Lubricate several times before going to work every day, check whether the lubricating oil is in place, and then start the machine.
After the machine is started, it should be cooled with water to prevent the hydraulic oil temperature in the oil tank from rising. The water source should be turned off after get off work, especially in winter, the machine's cooler needs to be cooled with water, and the mold also needs to be cooled with water if necessary.
When cleaning the machine or repairing the mold, the machine power must be turned off. The power should also be turned off after get off work.
When the machine fails or the alarm signal sounds, the pump should be turned off, the power should be cut off, and the machine should be repaired.
When installing the die-casting mold, the machine should be adjusted using the "manual" working system.
Within the allowable range of the die-casting process and on the premise of ensuring that the material is not exhausted during production, the clamping force should be appropriately reduced to extend the life of the clamping elbow structure.
When disassembling any high-pressure component (such as hydraulic valves, pipelines, etc.), there may be residual pressure inside it. Therefore, it is not advisable to overspeed when loosening the screws. The screws should be loosened only after the residual pressure is released. For related hydraulic parts, the unloading valve should be opened first, and the high-pressure liquid in the accumulator should be completely discharged before disassembly, otherwise it will cause danger.
If the machine needs to stop for a long time, the pump should be turned off.
If any problem is found during operation, the protective door should be opened immediately, the working cycle should be stopped, the cause should be checked, and the fault should be repaired.
The electric control box should always be protected from moisture and heat to ensure the normal operation of the electrical components.
The oil pump suction port filter should be cleaned frequently to ensure the filter element is clean.
Dust on the lubricating surface of the moving parts of the machine should be removed frequently to prevent unnecessary wear.
The non-parallelism between the head plate and the middle plate of this machine has been adjusted before leaving the factory. If it is used for a period of time or after overhaul, it must be re-measured. When adjusting, first loosen the Colin column nut pressure plate, and slightly rotate the nut to readjust it.
Every time the pressure oil is replaced, the filter in the oil tank should be carefully cleaned.
When adjusting the mold thickness, it is strictly forbidden to start the mold adjustment motor when the mold is in a closed state, otherwise the mold adjustment mechanism will be damaged.
This machine uses a piston accumulator, which is equipped with a charging valve. When charging, connect the charging connection pipe and the other end to the nitrogen bottle to fill the accumulator with nitrogen. Use a pressure gauge to observe the charging pressure. When the required pressure is reached, close the charging valve, turn off the nitrogen bottle switch, and then loosen the charging connection pipe.
You can press the lubrication pump button by hand to let the oil pump fill the lubrication point with oil. When fully automatic, the oil pump will supply oil according to a certain number of clamping times or a certain period. (Selected by the operator)
